The Mix 98-5 website was completely redesigned and launched in August 2004. Previously the website had been designed using framesets and was difficult to navigate. It also lacked the contemporary look and feel that users expected from a major market radio station. The station's web presence was not supporting their brand identity or giving users incentive to visit the site on a regular basis.

The website was redesigned to be easily navigated, featured current promotions, supported on-air promotion of various events and concerts, as well as creating ample space for client advertising and jock pages featuring photo galleries and bios.

The site has since undergone multiple redesigns, but this design was live from 2004-2008.
